Minimum Order

For UK mainland customers we have a no minimum order policy. There is a small £5 surcharge for orders of under £50 excluding VAT. To read our full minimum order policy click here.

For EU and Northern Ireland customers there is a minimum order of £150. This is due to VAT rules for importing goods into Northern Ireland and the EU. We will keep a close eye on the legislation and adjust our policies if anything changes. To read our EU order policy click here.

Delivery

Your goods will be dispatched within the next working day of purchase. For European orders delivery time is usually between 2-3 working days. Delivery prices vary based on the destination, delivery type and in some instances your order size. If you are a UK mainland customer (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland) there is no delivery cost if your order is over £50 before VAT. Damages

If your purchase has arrived but is damaged or there are items missing, please contact our office either via phone or email, quoting your order number.

Please contact our customer service team to learn more about the return process. We kindly ask that you do not return any goods to The Indian Connection without prior authorisation.

Products & Availability

If there is a product you have ordered which is not in stock we will always contact you to let you know. You will have the option of removing the item from your order or placing it on ‘back order’ where it will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives back in stock. If you remove the item from your order you will not be charged.

Pre-Order Items / Coming Soon Items

If your order contains items in our ‘Pre-Order’ and ‘Coming Soon’ categories there may be some delay in shipping whilst we wait for the goods in transit; usually this is within 7-14 days. We will do this to avoid either party having to pay 2 lots of shipping for the order. The items in these categories clearly display the arrival date on each listing. If you’d like to ship some of your goods earlier, please contact us and we can arrange this for you for an extra shipping charge. 

Custom orders / Let us know what you need? 

If you require something that is currently out of stock, please contact us with your order and we can arrange for it to be included in our next shipment. We offer discounts on bulk and large orders so please contact us for more information and one of our team will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have.

We would be happy to reserve stock for you, if needed. In some cases, we may require a deposit/full payment for the items. If you have paid in full, we can keep your goods until your order is complete. For items that are not yet paid for, you will have 3 working days to complete the purchase.

Prices

Our website prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£) and do not include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on the website are for a single item. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment methods

We have a secure payment system accepting major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). We are also able to accept payment via PayPal and via BACS. We do not currently accept American Express.

Payment Process

As soon as you place an order with The Indian Connection, we’ll pre-authorize your credit or debit card for the purchase. This is simply an authorization from you to allow us to take the necessary funds from your card. No money will actually be taken from your card at this stage; we’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve received your order.

When your order is ready to be shipped we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order. We will then take payment for the goods being sent.

Trade Only

We are a trade only business committed to ensuring our customers get the best prices and buying experience from us. If you are a new customer we will contact you to say hello and confirm your trade status.

Promotions and offers

We like to run promotions and offers to show our appreciation for our customers. Below you’ll find our standard terms and conditions for these promotions. The Indian Connection reserves the right to withdraw or change any promotion or offer at any time.

Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are only valid during the time periods shown in the promotional literature. If an order is placed outside of the promotional time period it does not qualify to be included in the promotion.

Any minimum spend detailed excludes VAT. Time periods detailed in our promotional offers are in GMT or BST. If we have included free gifts in any of our deals they are subject to stock levels and are available while stocks last. 

10% Off Your First Order

Valid from 01/01/2022. This offer is valid for new customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, including sale items. There is no minimum spend required.
