WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
UK parcels are sent via Parcelforce, Royal Mail, and DPD, with tracking numbers provided. EU deliveries, in collaboration with UPS, may experience longer delivery times due to border complications.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, orders can be collected if placed before 1 pm (ready by 3 pm on the same day) or after 1 pm (ready the following morning). Collection at our office during working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
WHAT IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
We’ll notify you of out-of-stock items, providing the option to remove or backorder. No charges for removed items.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
Report damaged/faulty items within 5 working days for a replacement or refund, with covered delivery costs.
